Board University's commitment to your health and safety

At in-person meetings, we will be adhering to the most up-to-date guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local authorities for masking, social distancing, and safety.

Please evaluate your health and stay home if you feel sick or have any COVID-19 symptoms listed on the CDC website. Should you become sick or symptomatic at any time during the event, or test positive up to 14 days after returning home, please contact the meeting planner immediately for assistance and direction on how to access care and next steps.

Vaccination

The Board of Pensions requires all in-person attendees to be fully vaccinated by the start of the event. Proof of vaccination will be required.

Meetings Code of Conduct

In-person meeting attendance is voluntary and subject to your willingness to comply with the Meetings Code of Conduct. You will be asked to read this document and sign and submit this form in conjunction with the registration process.

Masking, social distancing, and safety

Health and safety practices for the event have been designed around CDC guidance and local authorities. Out of an abundance of caution,

  • all meeting attendees should be prepared to wear masks;
  • tables in meeting rooms and at meals will be arranged to encourage social distancing;
  • all meeting attendees will be required to complete a health screening each day before entering the meeting space; and
  • if you become sick or develop COVID-19 symptoms during the meeting, we have a plan in place to provide testing, care, and mitigation to help prevent community spread.
