Well-Being Retreat

Well-Being Retreat offers a unique opportunity to explore wholeness through a spiritual, health, financial, and vocational lens. Well-Being Retreat 2025, centered on the theme Strength for the Journey: Healthy Living from the Inside Out, will be held Aug. 18-20 in Montreat, North Carolina.

Rev. Dr. Regina Groff, Director, Education for Wholeness, engages with attendees at the Well-Being Retreat.

Well-Being Retreat can help you become more deeply rooted in your life and work or ministry. This annual gathering is sponsored by the Board of Pensions, in partnership with the Presbyterian Foundation and New Covenant Trust Company.

Participants who attend the retreat will be awarded 200 Call to Health points following the program.

Who should attend

Active and retired members of the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) — including ministers, employees, spouses, and surviving spouses — are welcome.

For all participants, Well-Being Retreat offers time away from the usual routines to think, breathe, and renew.

Well-Being Retreat 2025

“Beloved, I pray that all may go well with you and that you may be in good health, just as it is well with your soul.”

3 John 1:2

The Reverend Dr. Regina Groff, Director, Education for Wholeness, invites you to pause, reflect, and renew as she shares the purpose and promise of this year’s Well-Being Retreat. Rooted in the wisdom of 3 John 1:2, she describes how this experience nurtures your whole self — spiritually, in health, financially, and vocationally — through contemplation, education, and meaningful connection.

Well-Being Retreat 2025 invites participants on a journey toward holistic health and well-being. Centered on the theme Strength for the Journey: Healthy Living from the Inside Out, this year’s retreat will explore the interconnectedness of the four key areas of wholeness: spiritual, health (physical and mental/emotional), financial, and vocational.

Through education sessions, inspiring messages, and moments of pause, participants will gain practical guidance and spiritual insights to strengthen their bodies, minds, and spirits. Based on the wisdom found in 3 John 1:2, we will align faith with health to increase our strength for the journey before us.
