When you log onto the Call to Health website, you’ll find plenty of activities you can do outdoors, many of them with your family and friends. In addition to activities to help you increase your physical activity this summer, you’ll find year-round challenges that focus on all dimensions of wholeness: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational.

Answer the call today

You have until November 11 to answer the call, but don’t wait until the last minute. Here are some tips to help you dive into Call to Health this summer.

  1. Don’t wait to take the Well-Being Assessment. This required activity gives you a snapshot of where you stand health-wise, so you can identify areas you want to focus on. And if you’re new to Call to Health, you’ll receive a $50 Tango card when you register on the Call to Health website for the first time and complete the Well-Being Assessment.
  2. Schedule your preventive exam.** Doctor’s schedules fill up quickly so make that appointment now if you haven’t already. There’s no need to wait 12 months from your last preventive exam. The Medical Plan covers a preventive exam every calendar year. So, if you had a preventive exam on July 20, 2021, you could have your 2022 preventive exam on June 20, 2022, and it would be covered. Just remember to log on to the Call to Health website and record the date of your exam to receive your points.
  3. Explore My Choice activities. Identified by a yellow My Choice flag in the bottom right-hand corner of the activity tile, My Choice activities are personalized for you based on your answers to the Well-Being Assessment and prior challenges you completed, giving you additional ways to earn points. My Choice activities identified for you can be found under Top Picks for You on your home page. To view additional personalized activities, click EXPLORE under Recommended Categories for You. Or click TOPICS at the top of the page to search for My Choice activities that focus on all areas of wholeness. You can earn up to 500 points from My Choice activities.
  4. Log on to the Call to Health website regularly to check out what’s new. Activities are added throughout the year, so there’s always something new. If you haven’t logged on recently, here are some activities you may be missing:
