Complete the Well-Being Assessment by September 30 to earn bonus points

September 06, 2022
A required Call to Health activity every year, the confidential Well-Being Assessment gives participants a snapshot of where they stand health wise at a given point in time. This year, you can earn 50 bonus Call to Health points if you complete the Well-Being Assessment by September 30, 2022.

The Well-Being Assessment is a required Call to Health* activity that helps you become better aware of your good habits in the areas of emotional, physical, financial, and work well-being, as well as where you can do better. Once you complete your assessment, you’ll see your results immediately, including your top three strengths and your top three areas for improvement.

Call to Health participants have a special opportunity this year to earn 50 Call to Health bonus points if they complete the Well-Being Assessment by September 30, 2022, for a total of 350 points.

A personalized experience

Based on the results of your Well-Being Assessment, you’ll see Recommended Categories for You on your Call to Health homepage, featuring activities to help you work on areas identified for improvement. For example, you may see recommended activities to help with managing stress and anxiety, financial well-being, or self-care, depending on your results. Click EXPLORE > under any category (Sleep, for example) to discover dozens of My Choice activities to help you focus on that particular topic.

My Choice activities give you another way to work toward your goals and earn Call to Health points, in addition to regular challenges. Just look for the yellow My Choice flag in the bottom right-hand corner of the activity tile.
