The Well-Being Assessment is a required Call to Health* activity that helps you become better aware of your good habits in the areas of emotional, physical, financial, and work well-being, as well as where you can do better. Once you complete your assessment, you’ll see your results immediately, including your top three strengths and your top three areas for improvement.
Call to Health participants have a special opportunity this year to earn 50 Call to Health bonus points if they complete the Well-Being Assessment by September 30, 2022, for a total of 350 points.
Based on the results of your Well-Being Assessment, you’ll see Recommended Categories for You on your Call to Health homepage, featuring activities to help you work on areas identified for improvement. For example, you may see recommended activities to help with managing stress and anxiety, financial well-being, or self-care, depending on your results. Click EXPLORE > under any category (Sleep, for example) to discover dozens of My Choice activities to help you focus on that particular topic.
My Choice activities give you another way to work toward your goals and earn Call to Health points, in addition to regular challenges. Just look for the yellow My Choice flag in the bottom right-hand corner of the activity tile.
To receive your bonus points, all you need to do is complete your Well-Being Assessment by September 30, 2022. Note that you do not have to enter the results of any biometric testing (e.g., blood pressure reading, lab results, etc.) to complete the assessment, so there’s no need to wait if you haven’t already taken it. Simply log on to the Call to Health website and click the Take Your Assessment tile. You’ll receive the standard 300 Call to Health points immediately, and your 50 bonus points will be added to your Points History within two weeks of September 30.
If you already completed your assessment, there’s no action you need to take to receive your bonus points. Within two weeks of September 30, you will see the 50 bonus points added as a separate line item under your Points History.
After completing your assessment, be sure to keep going and complete Call to Health Level 1 to qualify for reduced medical deductibles in 2023. You can also earn a $50 Tango card when you complete Level 2 and another $50 Tango card when you reach Level 3.
If you’re married and your spouse has medical coverage* through the Board, they can register and answer the call, too. Covered spouses who complete the Well-Being Assessment by September 30, 2022, will receive the 50 bonus points. Those who complete Call to Health Level 1 will receive a $100 Tango card.
Call to Health ends November 11, so don’t delay. Log on to the Call to Health website and answer the call today.
*Call to Health is available to employees and their spouses with medical coverage through the Board of Pensions; it is not available to members enrolled in Triple-S, GeoBlue, or the Medicare Supplement Plan.
