Dues package costs for 2027
Dues packages offer a combination of benefits that work together to support the needs of those who serve the Church. The 2027 dues for these packages are available to help inform benefits decision-making during Employer Agreement.
2027 Employer Agreements will be available in Benefits Connect Sept. 4-Oct. 2, 2026. Learn more about selecting benefits for PC(USA) congregations and employers.
We offer three dues packages, each thoughtfully designed to support members’ wholeness and reflect our deep commitment to community nature:
Dues for 2027 are detailed below. Use the Decision Guide for Minister Benefits to determine 2027 eligibility and costs for these packages.
Congregational Pastors Package
Effective Jan. 1, 2027, ministers of the Word and Sacrament and ruling elders who are elected to serve in mid council leadership will be eligible for the Congregational Pastors Package.
For 2027, Congregational Pastors Package dues are 19.75% of effective salary for Member-only PPO Premier medical coverage (subject to minimum and maximum dues), plus 10% of effective salary for income protection benefits, paid entirely by the employer.

Medical coverage for family members
Medical coverage for family members is available to all members enrolled in the Congregational Pastors Package, and employers may share in the cost. Dues for Child(ren), Spouse, and Family [spouse and child(ren)] are established as national, community-rated, fixed pricing and are the same regardless of the number of children enrolled.
New subsidy for children
A new subsidy will help alleviate the cost of medical coverage for children, effective Jan. 1, 2027. The subsidy will cover 50% of the national, community-rated medical coverage cost of children, and will reduce the flat rates for both the Child(ren) and Family coverage levels. This subsidy will automatically be applied within an Employer Agreement. There is no application or effective salary cap to receive this subsidy.
Total medical dues for covering family members include the percentage of effective salary for the member combined with the flat-rate amount for the selected level of coverage.
