How to complete Call to Health activities

To complete Call to Health activities, follow these steps:

  • Log on to the Call to Health website within two weeks of completing an activity to record it. (Except for your preventive exam, you must record completed activities within two weeks.)
  • Select the activity tile and click Get Started.
  • Click on the date you completed the activity.
  • Click +Track to receive your points.

Remember, a preventive exam is required annually for those 50 and older or every 24 months for those under 50. To receive credit and points for meeting this requirement if you are under 50 and have a preventive exam between November 14, 2020, and November 11, 2022, enter the date of the visit and the name of your physician where prompted — even if you entered the same information and received points for it last year.

It’s not too late to save on your 2023 medical deductible(s) and earn Tango gift cards, but don’t wait any longer. Visit the Call to Health website and answer the call today.
