Annual Pension Plan Status Report

The Defined Benefit Pension Plan of the Benefits Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is a church plan and is not subject to ERISA and its disclosure requirements. The Board of Pensions provides comparable information annually about the status and financial condition of the pension plan in the following documents:

HIPAA Privacy Notice

The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Notice advises members of the Medical Plan's privacy practices and their rights under HIPAA.

Medicare

The Notice of Creditable Coverage advises members eligible for Medicare Part D benefits that the Medical Plan, which includes prescription drug coverage, is at least as good as the standard Medicare prescription drug coverage and is therefore considered creditable coverage.

Premium Assistance Notice

This notice provides information about premium assistance under Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
