The Mental Well-Being and Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) is provided by Spring Health in partnership with Highmark Blue Cross Blue Shield. If you’re eligible for the EAP but do not have medical coverage (for example, you’re enrolled in the Covenant Package), call Spring Health at 844-931-4465 and use the code BOP. You’ll be able to create a Spring Health account and start using your benefit right away.

Spring Health’s digital self-assessment screens for different mental health conditions and helps guide you to appropriate care. Complete the self-assessment to get a personalized care plan matched to your needs.
Treatment recommendations provided with your personalized care plan may include on-demand mental wellness exercises, well-being coaching, and/or therapy and medication management. Along with personalized recommendations for treatment, you’ll receive the names of Spring Health providers that match your criteria.
You and your covered family members ages 6 and older can receive up to six therapy sessions per year from a Spring Health provider at no cost to you. This includes both in-person and virtual visits.
