Annual enrollment for 2020 benefits

Annual enrollment for 2020 benefits is October 28 through November 15. During this time, employees log on to Benefits Connect to elect benefits and make changes to coverage effective January 1, 2020.

Get the coverage you need for next year

Starting October 28 through November 15, log on to Benefits Connect to review your benefits options and costs for coverage effective January 1.

Annual enrollment is your opportunity to review and make changes to your current benefits to ensure you have the coverage you want — and that best meets your needs — for 2020. During this time, you can

  • check if your employer is offering new benefits;
  • add or remove eligible family members from coverage;
  • enroll for coverage and/or make changes to your coverage; and
  • review and update beneficiaries.

Learn about your options

Explore information and resources to better understand the benefits available to you. The benefits your employer offers may include any or all of the following:

Medical coverage includes features such as generous preventive care and prescription drug benefits, a telemedicine option, and Call to Health, our online well-being program.

Dental coverage provides coverage for basic and major services and orthodontic treatment, saving you money and supporting overall health and well-being.

Vision eyewear coverage allows you to save hundreds of dollars every year on the cost of eyeglasses or contacts and more.

Death benefits include benefits for beneficiaries and eligible survivors in the event of a member's death, and disability benefits include benefits for members who become unable to work because of disability.

Flexible spending accounts enable you to set aside pretax dollars through payroll deductions to pay for eligible healthcare and dependent care expenses — saving you money.
