One centers on building a strong foundation for nutrition and weight management, while the other offers personalized coaching support tailored to teens’ unique goals and challenges:\u003Cbr>\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cul>\u003Cli>Members eligible for Spring Health can explore the \n      \u003Cstrong>Weight and Wellness hub on the Spring Health platform\u003C\u002Fstrong>. This resource provides access to videos and self-guided tools designed to help build a foundation for healthy eating and sustainable weight management. Members can also connect with a Spring Health coach for online nutrition coaching — at no cost to them.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003Cli> \n      \u003Cstrong>Unlimited virtual coaching for teens\u003C\u002Fstrong> is now available through Spring Health. Eligible teens can work with a certified coach to build resilience and pursue personal goals — whether those goals relate to school, body image and self-esteem, friendships, or family life. This confidential support is designed to help teens navigate challenges and strengthen emotional well-being.\u003C\u002Fli>\u003C\u002Ful>\u003Ch2 id=\"cth\">A more personalized Call to Health experience\u003C\u002Fh2>\u003Cp>For the new program year starting Jan. 2, the \n   \u003Ca href=\"\u002Fyour-path-to-wholeness\u002Fcall-to-health\">Call to Health\u003C\u002Fa> well-being program* will feature new ways for Medical Plan members to work toward wholeness. Refreshed activities will help them focus on wholeness in all four areas: spiritual, health, financial and vocational.\u003C\u002Fp>\u003Cp>Additionally, the Call to Health website and app are moving to the new WebMD ONE platform to serve members better, including with a more personalized experience to support their wholeness journey.
