Beginning March 1, BoardLink will be the only way to get your invoice.
During these continuing, challenging times, the Board of Pensions is doing everything we can do to meet two overarching goals: ensuring the health of employees and making certain that we continue to provide excellent service efficiently and accurately.
One way to do this — and a way employers can help — is to use BoardLink to get your monthly invoice. BoardLink is the Board’s convenient, safe, and secure online billing system. While most Board operations have shifted to being remote, staff still needs to be onsite to issue and receive paper invoices.
Beginning with the March 1 invoice, the Board of Pensions will no longer send paper invoices in the mail to employers and individuals. Invoices will be available through BoardLink only. This change helps the Board reduce the need for onsite staff while continuing to provide timely and efficient service in a way we can all be proud of during these very challenging times.
Beginning with the March 1 invoice, you will not receive a paper invoice in the mail.
The Board of Pensions is here to help and support you with invoices and with BoardLink. If you have questions or need help, call the Board at 800-773-7752 (800-PRESPLAN).
