The Church Relations team of the Board of Pensions includes Church Consultants located throughout the country. The Church Relations team is available to
consult on benefits matters with churches and other employers; mid councils; in certain situations, plan members; and Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) associations and organizations;
- help employers discern their benefits needs and become the best employers they can be;
present overviews of the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA) and other Board of Pensions programs for churches and other employers, and mid councils;
organize and host gatherings for retired plan members;
collaborate with Presbyterian Foundation staff to promote stewardship and expand awareness of the
Assistance Program, encouraging financial support of the Assistance Program through the Christmas Joy Offering and other individual or congregational gifts.
