BoardLink is an online payment system for employers and individuals. After registering for BoardLink, users will be able to
- receive a monthly email reminder to go online and view their invoice;
- make a one-time payment of an invoice;
- schedule ongoing payments of invoices;
- review invoices at any time; and
- view the status of electronic payments and payment history.
Automated Payment Process
BoardLink allows users to schedule a payment for anytime during the month. Payments are not accepted on the last business day of the month, and are discouraged after 3 p.m. the day before the last business day of the month. Users may set up a recurring monthly payment of automatic deductions from a financial account.
How To Enroll
Go to BoardLink and enter your PIN/account and billing ZIP code. (This information appears on your most recent invoice from the Board.)
Provide your contact information, choose your security settings, and enter the financial information you will use to pay the invoice.
Once you complete the enrollment process, you will receive an email that includes a link; click on it to activate your account. You can then log in and start managing your account online.
Each BoardLink transaction is conducted securely, and all sensitive data, including financial account information, is encrypted. Your complete financial account information will never be displayed on the screen.
