Consultant for Synod of the Mid-Atlantic (except North Carolina) and presbyteries of Donegal and Philadelphia

Martha H. Reisner has served as Church Consultant for the Board of Pensions since 2017. She is an elder in the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.), and has served as a deacon and a trustee, on a presbytery disaster response team, and in local and African mission work.

Previously, Martha was Executive Director at the Capital Region Theological Center (CRTC), a not-for-profit ecumenical educational and consulting center serving upstate New York and western New England congregations and faith-based organizations. She has also worked with Accenture, an international management consulting firm; served as Director of Christian Education at Westminster Presbyterian Church of Albany, New York; taught high school biology in Wisconsin; and worked in computer sales and marketing in Chicago.

Martha has a bachelor's degree from Lawrence University, an Illinois secondary school teaching certification from DePaul University, and a master's degree from the University of Michigan.

Presbyteries in Martha's region are located in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and the District of Columbia.
