The Disability Plan of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) is designed to provide you with a source of income and continued benefits in the event you become disabled. Any member of the Benefits Plan for whom a participating employing organization is paying death and disability dues is eligible.

Optional Supplemental Disability Benefits

If you earn $100,000 or more, the Optional Supplemental Disability Plan allows you to protect more of your income than is provided for by the standard Disability Plan, which covers the first $90,000 of your salary. more

Reviews, Suspensions, Terminations, and Appeals

When disability benefits are approved, the approval is for a limited period of time and is subject to regular review by Liberty Mutual. Suspension or termination of benefits may occur if you fail to meet your responsibilities. In these cases, you still have the right to appeal. more
