Keeping Our Promises

From the earliest days of the Presbyterian Church, we have cared for our ministers and their families. From that history springs the commitment each congregation makes to its pastor, to “provide for her/his welfare . . . and to stand by her/him in trouble and share her/his joys.” 1  We share this promise as a community of faith.

As a caring Presbyterian, you can help uphold that promise to our pastors, as well as other church workers and their families, by contributing to the Assistance Program of the Board of Pensions. In so doing, you can make a difference in the lives of our faithful church servants.

Areas of Need

Giving OpportunitiesYour support will be used to address the exceptional needs of pastors, missionaries, and other church workers and their families. Your gift may help meet the emergency financial needs of a church worker suffering a catastrophic loss or illness, or to provide housing and income assistance for those whose needs exceed the bounds of the Benefits Plan and personal resources.  more

Ways to Give

You are invited to explore the many ways you can partner with us in providing help, and hope, to those who have devoted their lives to serving others. In so doing, you help our faith to flourish. more

Please make a gift to the Assistance Program today.
