Vision Discount Program
Medical Plan members have access to the Davis Vision discount program for eye examinations, eyewear, and contact lenses. This national network of optical providers can save members as much as 45% to 55% off customary prices.
To qualify for the discounted prices, please show your Davis Vision card along with your Highmark card at one of the thousands of locations. (See the Vision Discount Plan Benefit Description brochure for instructions and a copy of the Davis Vision card.)

To log in, visit www.davisvision.com:
- From the Davis Vision homepage, select “Members” from the menu.
- Enter the Board of Pensions’ Control Code number “4162” into the Open Enrollment/Discount Plan box.
- Click on the blue arrow to submit.
A Board of Pensions Plan member menu will appear and you can access information about providers, benefits, frames and lenses, and the other vision programs available.
You can also speak to a Davis Vision member service representative Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET at 877-923-2847 (Client Code “4162”).
Please note: At Walmart, members will receive comparable values through their everyday low prices on eye exams, frames, and contact lenses. (You do not receive an additional discount.)
Hearing Aid Discount Program
Beltone Managed Care, Inc. offers discounted services so members can receive a 15% discount on purchases at about 1,300 retail providers of hearing aid equipment. More than 90% of Plan members live within 20 miles of a Beltone provider.
