Discover new benefits options for 2021
When you log on to Benefits Connect to complete your Employer Agreement, you will see new benefits options for 2021:
Minister’s Choice is a new benefits package for ministers that provides important financial protection during active service and into retirement at only 10 percent of effective salary.
The Temporary Disability Plan is a financial protection benefit that provides employees with a partial income in the event of a short-term disability.
The Long-Term Disability Plan offers financial protection for employees with a long-term disability that extends beyond 90 days by providing them with a partial income throughout their disability.
The Term Life Plan offers the same low-cost coverage as the 2020 Benefits Plan, with an additional feature for employers for 2021. Employers can choose to offer a fixed amount of coverage up to $50,000 or, new for 2021, a salary-based benefit amount (up to $50,000).
