Have you answered the call this year? With all that’s happening in our country and the world, you may not have been focusing on Call to Health.* That’s okay because there’s still time to complete Level 1 by November 13 and save as much as one-third on your 2021 medical deductibles. And, as you take steps toward being your best in all areas — spiritual, health, financial, and vocational — you can earn $50 Tango gift cards.

Even if you haven’t yet signed up, you can still answer the call, but you need to act quickly. You’ll receive a $50 Tango card when you register and complete the confidential Well-Being Assessment.

Whether you’re almost there or just starting out, here are some tips to help you reach your Call to Health goals by November 13.

  1. Check out new challenges that began September 28:
    • Listen to African American Voices (100 points): Raise your awareness of the impact of race in America.
    • Stand Up and Stretch (15 points per week): Make it a point to get up and stretch twice a day, at least three days a week.
    • Mindfulness: A Beginner’s Guide (75 points): Learn how practicing mindfulness impacts all dimensions of well-being.
    • Keep Your Bank Balance in Check (10 points per week): Get in the habit of checking your bank balance regularly to avoid mistakes, identity theft, and overdrafts.
    • COVID: Transitioning Back to Work – Resources (25 points): Learn about and find resources to help you safely return to the workplace.
    • How to Practice Gratitude (10 points): Watch a short video about focusing on the positives in your life, then answer the quiz.
  2. Look for challenges that are activities you already do on a regular basis, such as Daily Prayer (7 points per week), Reduce Paper Product Use (30 points per week), and Track 10,000 Daily Steps (7 points per week).
  3. Explore My Choice activities under Top Picks for You. Identified by a yellow My Choice flag in the bottom right-hand corner of the activity tile, My Choice activities are personalized for you based on prior challenges you completed, giving you additional ways to earn points.
  4. Consider different ways to complete the required preventive exam challenge if you haven’t already done so. For example, women can record a routine gynecologic exam as a preventive exam. You can also have your checkup virtually if your doctor offers this option.
