When you’re selecting benefits for 2020, you may offer one, two, or all three medical options — the PPO, EPO, and HDHP — to your employees with a regularly scheduled workweek of at least 20 hours who are not in Pastor’s Participation. Each medical option delivers high-quality coverage and outstanding value, and includes a variety of features, such as Call to Health, Teladoc, Livongo for Diabetes Program, and generous preventive care and prescription drug benefits, at no additional cost.
Employees elect medical coverage in levels: Member-only, Member + Spouse, Member + Child(ren), and Member + Family. You can choose how to share the cost with employees as long as you pay at least 50 percent of the Member-only coverage cost for the lowest-cost option you offer.
