“I am hoping this year to really ramp up my Call to Health game and do more of the weekly challenges. And I am eager to bring my whole family along with me!”
— Call to Health participant Rev. Paul Mowry
This year resolve to be your best in all areas of your life — spiritual, health, financial, and vocational — with support from Call to Health.* Whether your New Year’s resolution is to strengthen your faith, eat better, reduce debt, or excel in your career, there’s a Call to Health challenge to help you get, and stay, on track to a better you in 2020.
If you haven’t answered the call in the past, make this the year you commit to being an active participant in your well-being. Log on to the Call to Health website to discover all that the program has to offer.
For many participants, Call to Health has been transformative. Check out some of their stories for inspiration.
And, when you register for the first time and complete the confidential Well-Being Assessment, you’ll receive a $50 Tango card that you can redeem for retail gift cards or use to make charitable donations.
If you answered the call last year, resolve to take it to the next level in 2020. New features on the Call to Health website make it easier than ever to focus on and achieve your goals. In addition to recommendations based on your Well-Being Assessment results, when you log on to the site this year, you’ll see Top Picks for You.
Top Picks include new My Choice activities, which are another way to work toward your goals and earn points. These are personalized activities recommended for you based on other challenges you’ve completed, as well as your answers to the Well-Being Assessment. You can earn up to 500 points from My Choice activities; just look for the My Choice flag in the bottom right-hand corner of the activity tile.
*Call to Health is available to employees and their spouses with medical coverage through the Board of Pensions; it is not available to members enrolled in Triple-S, GeoBlue, or the Medicare Supplement Plan.
