Have you answered the Call to Health? There’s still time but don’t wait until the last minute to save at least $220 on your medical deductibles* next year.

Call to Health offers dozens of challenges spanning the four dimensions of wholeness — spiritual, health, financial, and vocational — to help you grow in all areas of your life. Check out these new challenges now underway:

  • Do You Feel Empowered at Work? (50 points): Identify those things that make you feel empowered in your work and take steps to achieve them.
  • Make the Switch to Reusable Bottles (10 points per week): Try a reusable bottle instead of plastic on at least two days a week.
  • Recipe — Rainbow Ready Lunch (10 points): Watch a 40-second video and get the recipe for a colorful and nutritious lunch.
  • Cultivate Your Green Thumb (50 points): Work in the garden on at least three separate days.
  • How to Save Money Every Day (15 points): Watch a short video, then take a brief quiz.
  • How Much Alcohol Is in That Drink? (10 points per week): Track your alcohol consumption on at least one day each week.
