Dive into well-being this summer with new Call to Health challenges

​You’ll find new ways to work toward well-being in all areas: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational.

The warmer weather and longer days of summer are the perfect time to be outdoors, connect with others, and work toward being your best. New Call to Health* challenges to help you do just that are starting soon.

New challenges starting June 3

  • Address Your Allergies in Summer (50 points): Talk with your doctor about what triggers your allergies and how to control them.
  • Be Sun Smart (10 points per week): Use sunscreen at least two days per week.
  • Elevate Your Legs (15 points per week): Improve your circulation by raising your legs above heart level for 15 minutes a day at least two days a week.
  • Financial Literacy (100 points): Arm yourself with knowledge to improve your financial well-being.
  • How to Squeeze Mindfulness into Your Day (10 points): Watch a short video, then take a brief quiz.
  • Preventive Care: Address Your Back Pain (50 points): Consult with a back specialist to find out what’s causing your back pain and put together a treatment plan.
  • Soda Swap (25 points per week): Choose water instead of soda at least two days per week.
  • Stepping It Up Together (150 points): Form a team and collectively exercise at least 2 million steps.
  • Strategies for Paying Down Debt (15 points): Watch a short video about ways to pay down debt, then answer questions about what you’ve learned.
  • Visit the Farmer’s Market (75 points): Shop your local farmer’s market on three different days.

New team challenge starting June 10

  • Help the Environment as a Team (100 points): Join with others to make a positive impact on the environment. All team members who complete this challenge will receive an eco-friendly tote bag.

Still more challenges start July 15, so make sure you visit the Call to Health website often. You’ll find new ways to work toward well-being in all areas: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational.

Remember, when you answer the call, you can qualify for reduced medical deductibles in 2020, as well as earn $50 Tango cards that you can use to make charitable donations or redeem for gift cards.
