Benefits Connect can help employers prepare 2020 payroll deductions

Employers can log on to Benefits Connect to view and download employees’ 2020 benefits elections and costs.

Preparing payroll deductions for January? You can easily view employees’ 2020 benefits elections and costs online, and download that information in spreadsheet format.

To download your spreadsheet

  • log on to Benefits Connect;
  • select Manage Employees; and
  • click Download 2020 employee enrollments and monthly costs in the Reports box on the right.

The elections document will automatically download to your computer (look in the lower left corner of your screen). This comma delimited (CSV) file can be saved to any spreadsheet format you want. With the document open, choose File from the menu, then Save As, and select your desired format from the available options.
