Call to Health is back for a new year of activities to help you become your best self by focusing on the four key dimensions of wholeness: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational. Log on to the Call to Health website to explore new challenges, start earning points, and continue working toward being your best.

During the holidays, it can be easy to put healthy habits on hold. Instead of giving in to temptation, set a goal to make healthy choices this holiday season and take care of yourself — with support from Call to Health.

As you complete challenges and work toward your goals, Call to Health* once again offers you the opportunity to reduce your medical deductibles and earn Tango cards that you can redeem for gift cards or use to make charitable donations. If you’re new to Call to Health, you’ll receive a $50 Tango card when you register and take the confidential Well-Being Assessment.

Get the details about answering the Call to Health and get started today on a new year of well-being. Make it a goal to complete the Well-Being Assessment and at least one other challenge during December.

Then, make Call to Health a daily practice in the new year and discover how small changes can become transformative. As plan member Elizabeth Angerson described it, “I [started] with my physical/mammogram/dentist visit, and it began to take on a life of its own.
