Four reasons to take the Well-Being Assessment

Learn about the benefits of completing this Call to Health activity.

The Well-Being Assessment is a required activity for Call to Health* each year. It’s also a valuable tool to help you understand more about yourself, so you can explore different ways to improve your health and well-being — and it takes just 10 to 20 minutes to complete.

Here are four reasons why taking the Well-Being Assessment is beneficial:

  1. You receive immediate, personalized feedback. When you’re done, you receive a personalized summary showing where you stand when it comes to the key dimensions of health and wholeness: spiritual, health, financial, and vocational. Your answers and results are confidential and are not shared with the Board of Pensions or your employer.
  2. You’ll learn how to make positive changes. Your summary highlights your top three strengths along with your top three areas for improvement. From here, you can choose to get started on activities that will help you focus on the areas that need more attention, as well as explore other activities to make your strengths even stronger.
  3. It can serve as a road map on your journey toward wholeness. Taking the Well-Being Assessment annually lets you know where you’re starting from and can help you see your progress as you work toward your goals.
  4. It can help you be your best. Knowing what you need to work on helps you take charge of your well-being and can motivate you to make lasting changes, helping you to become your best in all areas.

To take the Well-Being Assessment, log in to the Call to Health website and click on the Take Your Assessment tile. You’ll see your results immediately upon completion; for details, or to refer to your results later, check My Results at the top of the page.
