The Church Relations team of the Board of Pensions includes Church Consultants who serve as benefits consultants to
churches and other employers;
in certain situations, plan members; and
Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) associations and organizations.
Based throughout the country, the Church Consultants work regularly with these constituents in person, and by phone and email. They promote and interpret the provisions of the Benefits Plan of the PC(USA) and other Board programs, answer questions, and help employers discern benefits needs and become the best employers they can be. The Church Consultants also communicate the benefits needs of churches and other employers to Board of Pensions staff.
