Medical Plan dues and the cost of coverage are as follows.
For those enrolled in the Medical Plan in menu options, coverage-level rates for the preferred provider organization (PPO) and exclusive provider organization (EPO) options are employer-specific.
Employers pay at least 50 percent of the cost of Member-only medical coverage in the lowest cost option they provide; the employee pays the rest. Employees who cover eligible family members can be asked to pay up to 100 percent of the cost of that coverage. Employee costs for medical coverage under menu options are based on whether they are in the PPO or EPO and the coverage level they elect. Members may elect Member-only, Member + Spouse, Member + Child(ren), or Member + Family coverage.
Medical dues for PPO medical coverage under Pastor’s Participation are 25 percent of effective salary. Employers pay 100 percent of Pastor’s Participation dues, regardless of the number of family members covered.
