Well-Being Retreat

Well-Being Retreat offers Benefits Plan members and spouses a unique opportunity to explore wholeness through the spiritual, health, financial, and vocational aspects of their lives. Participants are able to customize the retreat experience by selecting educational workshops and guided activities that best support their journey to well-being.

Well-Being Retreat 2017 was held August 21-23, 2017 at Zephyr Point Presbyterian Conference Center on Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Hosted by the Board of Pensions’ Board University, in partnership with the Presbyterian Foundation and its subsidiary, New Covenant Trust Company, Well-Being Retreat 2017 drew 90 participants from 26 states!

Here’s what a few of our participants have said about Well-Being Retreat:

“Came away very refreshed, very encouraged, and very comfortable with the Board of Pensions' and the Foundation's support for pastors and leaders.”

“This event really has to be one of the best I have ever attended. It not only helped me with some of my own ‘stuff,’ it gave me some great ideas to bring back to the local church. I can’t stress enough the importance of the workshops for self-care and for church care, a good balance of both.”

“The planning and presenting committee did a great job. It had a welcoming and comfortable feel. Everyone was totally approachable. Thank you for an informative and well-run conference.”
