New OptumRx Website: Members Must Reregister


OptumRx, the pharmacy benefits manager for the Medical Plan, has redesigned its website to make it easier than ever to manage prescriptions, look up medication prices, and refill prescriptions for home delivery.

However, members must reregister on to continue to manage their prescription drug benefits online. You will need to reregister even if you normally use Benefits Connect to access the OptumRx website. In addition, members who have requested household access will need to request it again on the new site.

The registration process takes just a few minutes. To complete the process, members will need their ID number, located on the front of their prescription drug ID card.

To request household access, members will need to sign into and select My account in the top navigation, then My household access
