BoardLink is the easy way to pay Board invoices quickly, securely, and conveniently online. Even if you currently use your bank’s auto-draft or online bill-pay system to pay Board invoices, you’ll save time and extra steps when you sign up for BoardLink.
Unlike auto-draft checks that your bank sends to the Board’s lock box, BoardLink automatically matches your payment to your Board account, eliminating the time it takes to manually match checks to your account. And, if your invoice amount changes, you don’t need to update the deduction at the bank; BoardLink will automatically deduct and credit the correct amount.
BoardLink users enjoy other convenient features, such as
- the flexibility to schedule a payment for any time during the month;
- the ability to set up recurring payments on the same day each month;
- monthly email reminders when invoices are ready to be viewed online; and
- banking industry-standard security and encryption to protect your financial account information.

Go to BoardLink and enter your PIN/account and billing ZIP code. (This information is on your most recent invoice from the Board.) Provide your contact information, choose your security settings, and enter the financial account information you’ll use to pay the invoice.
Once you complete the enrollment process, you’ll receive an email containing a link to activate your account. You can then log in and start managing your account. If you find BoardLink isn’t for you, you can always un-enroll in the future.
