BoardLink is an online payment system for churches, other employers, and individuals. After registering for BoardLink, you will be able to

  • receive a monthly email reminding you to go online and view your invoice;
  • review your invoices at any time;
  • view the status of electronic payments and payment history.

Automated Payment Process

BoardLink allows you to schedule a payment for any time during the month. Employer representatives are discouraged from scheduling or making a payment on the last business day of the month, or after 3 p.m. the day before the last business day of the month. You also may set up a recurring monthly payment for automatic deductions from your financial account.

How To Enroll

Go to BoardLink and enter your PIN and billing ZIP code. (This information appears on your most recent invoice from the Board.)

Provide your contact information, choose your security settings, and enter the financial information you will use to pay the invoice.

After you have completed the enrollment process, you will receive an email that includes a link you must click on to activate your account. You can then log in and start managing your account online.

Secure Transactions

Each BoardLink transaction is conducted over secure servers, and all sensitive data, including your financial account information, is encrypted. Your complete financial account information will never be displayed on screen.
